About the role:
Play video games. Record your gameplay. Help train AI. That is it.
Mercor is looking for gamers to play Minecraft and other open-world games while running simple screen recording software. Your gameplay teaches AI how real humans play.
What you will do:
- Play assigned games (Minecraft, exploration-based games)
- Record 15–60 minute gameplay sessions
- Follow basic instructions (explore, interact, complete simple tasks)
- Upload your recordings to a secure platform
- Ensure video quality is stable (no lag, good FPS)
What you need:
- A personal Windows computer
- Ability to install simple recording software
- Reliable internet connection (you will upload video files)
- Attention to detail (follow setup guidelines)
- No degree required
Nice to have (but not required):
- Already own Minecraft or similar open-world games
- Experience recording or streaming gameplay
Important notes:
- No H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship available
- You work as an independent contractor
- Projects can be extended or shortened based on performance
- Weekly payment via Stripe or Wise
