About the role:
Mercor is seeking Product Design/UX Experts for a research project with one of the world’s top AI companies. You’ll use your professional experience to make decisions about product design and taste preferences—helping train AI systems to understand what great design looks like.
What you will do:
- Create product mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe tools
- Provide User Experience/User Journey feedback
- Apply your professional design judgment to evaluate product design quality
- Participate in a paid assessment as part of the application process
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience at a prestigious tech firm
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe design tools
- Experience creating product mockups
- Ability to provide UX/User Journey feedback
- Commitment of minimum 15 hours per week
Preferred (not required):
- Experience working on AI or machine learning products
- Background in design systems or product strategy
- Prior experience with AI training or human-data projects
